To qualify for a refund, your request must be submitted within 7 days of your subscription activation date. Refunds are available to first-time subscribers. Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service, including account sharing beyond plan limits, are not eligible.

How to Request a Refund

Refund Method

Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Credit card refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. Cryptocurrency refunds are issued in the original cryptocurrency at the rate at the time of purchase.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available after the 7-day window has passed. Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations are not eligible. Reseller credits are non-refundable once used to create subscriptions.
